<description>I've had the pleasure of meeting Erin, Duane, and Mr. Blodgett at the Blodgett's Welding Deign Seminar at the Lincoln Electric campus. Erin is a very good speaker and knowledgable about welding and the mechanics that are part of the processes for arc welding. It is obvious that she is dedicated to being an Educator so that more engineers and welders will understand more than the actual process. I'm a welder with 20 years of experiance and every day there is something to learn or refresh my memory, Erin, I am greatful to you for being so dedicated to welding because that gives people like myself the opertunity to further my understanding about all the issues that are really happening when I strike an arc. You are right when you say that Women can be welders, infact I think they could make better " TIG " welders because they are more steady with the tungsten. Thanks again and best wishes in the future.
